Questions related to online orders

We are happy to help you with all inquiries related to orders e.g. payment options, Click & Collect or how to cancel or change your order. If you cannot find the answer to your question below, you are always welcome to contact our customer service team.

Payment

  • When will the payment be taken from my account?

    Once you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. The order confirmation contains information about:

    • Your order
    • Delivery address
    • Payment method
    • Desired delivery date
    • Price
    • Contact information at JYSK Danmark Customer Service
    • Information about our Return Policy, as well as about your right to customer protection
    • You can cancel your order up until the day we ship it from our warehouse.

    The purchase will only be binding when we ship your order. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order (however, you can cancel an order as described in our Returns Policy).

    To ensure that all customers can partake in our products, we specify a maximum purchase quantity for certain products if demand is high. If you attempt to purchase more than the maximum purchase quantity, you will receive a message to reduce the quantity you wish to purchase.

    Headline

    When you create your order on our website some cards get an authorization created on the account to make sure the funds are there when we capture payment. This can look like a transaction.
